The training record and records of completion

See every learner's tasks, sign-offs and refreshers across your courses, export them, and print a record of completion.

Training and classes · For owners, admins, supervisors and learners · Updated 8 Oct 2026

The Training record has one row for each learner and each task across your workplace courses. Open it from Training record on your classes, or from a course page.

Who sees what

  • Your firm's owners and admins see every learner on every one of its workplace courses.
  • A supervisor sees the learners on the courses they supervise.
  • A learner sees only their own rows, as Your training record, and only the sign-offs shown to them.

What each row shows

  • The learner, and the task, its course and its module.
  • Their latest hand-in, how many attempts they've handed in, and whether it was late.
  • How many answers are right: Kelvin's re-check in your browser, never the checks kept with the hand-in. A warning mark says when Kelvin's figures have changed since, or a kept check disagrees.
  • Where they are: not started, handed in, signed off, needs another attempt, or due for a refresher.
  • When the task was signed off, and by whom.
  • When a refresher is due, if the task asks for one.

Choose a learner under Learner to see only theirs, or Every learner. Export the record (CSV) downloads the rows shown.

Print a record of completion

  1. 1

Find a signed-off task whose sign-off has been shown to the learner.

  2. 2

Choose Print record. Your browser's print dialog opens on a one-page record.

  3. 3

Print it, or save it as a PDF to keep.

The record names the learner, your firm, the course, the task and its module, the unit it's aligned to, when it was signed off and by whom, and when a refresher is due.

Note

A record of completion is a record of training completed in Kelvin. It isn't a statement of attainment, it isn't nationally recognised training, and it isn't a licence: only a registered training organisation can issue a statement of attainment.
