The work always had the same shape. Choose a refrigerant, model the cycle, lay out and size the pipework, select equipment, work out the charge, the energy and the cost, then write it all up. Each step lived in a different spreadsheet or selector. Every hand-off meant typing the numbers in again and hoping they still matched.

Kelvin puts that work in one project. One system’s data is carried from refrigerant choice to issued report. Every record keeps the IDs of what created it, so nothing is re-typed and any result can be traced back. Figures come from published sources such as NIST and CoolProp property data and the ASHRAE handbooks, and the reports cite them. A new revision supersedes the last one; it never overwrites it.

Kelvin doesn’t replace engineering judgement. Every report carries a professional-verification disclaimer, because a qualified person still signs the design.
