Your name and credentials on reports

Set the name, ARC licence number and professional registration Kelvin prints with your work, on Settings → General.

Your plan and account · Updated 7 Oct 2026

Your profile is how Kelvin names you: beside the records you save, in version histories, and in the signatures a report prints, for who prepared, checked and approved it.

  1. 1

Under Profile, enter your Name, Job role and Industry. All three are required.

  2. 2

Under Credentials, add your ARC licence number and any Professional registration, such as RPEQ or CPEng with its number, as you want them printed.

  3. 3

Choose Save profile. Discard changes puts back what was saved.

Where they're printed

A report names each engineer who saved a record it is drawn from, with the credentials on their profile, and does the same for whoever checked and approved the work. A credential left empty isn't printed. A report can't name someone with no name on their profile, so it never guesses one.

Reports read your profile when they're made, so a change shows on the next report you produce.
